Working as a writer, story editor and creative producer for leading Canadian production companies from Vancouver to Toronto, Dawn has worked on everything from celebrity-driven entertainment series to a popular home show franchise. 

As the senior story editor for Love It or List It Vancouver, Dawn wrote and story edited the pilot episode and dozens more one-hour episodes over the first two seasons (52 episodes) of this popular home show that stars former Bachelorette and interior designer Jillian Harris and realtor Todd Talbot as they compete to find the winning solution for frustrated homeowners’ biggest dilemmas.

Dawn's story work and efforts to endear audiences to new onscreen personalities helped Toronto-based Big Coat Productions prove the format with this lucrative spin-off series.
